Never Have I Ever...

Image
Aren't we all are aware of this very friendly-and-sociable-game named, 'never have I ever'. The game which is probably preferred by us to play during a group-night-stay-at-our-besties-house.   Never have I ever is a ‘drinking game' (drinking-includes-soft-drinks-water-and-a-real-honesty) which is played by group of players where each player makes a statement of 'never have I ever' and then tells something which he or she has not done it. The rest of the other players responds it if they had done it by drinking 'water'. For example - 'never have I ever' done surfing. Now the rest of the other players who had done surfing will drink 'water'. And the round goes on and on with each player. (also-game-getting-vulgar-and dirty) And in the end of the game the player whose plastic cup has more 'water' left wins the game. That is the player who has not experienced most of activities and is very 'innocent'. But her...

The Calming Breaths

Image
Isn't everything we do in life is to give and take something? For instance, 'we breathe in and we breathe out' we inhale and we exhale.   There are intake of breaths and release of breaths. A two-sided-process. We cannot just inhale and do not exhale or just exhale and do not inhale (try-it-out-102-on-its-way) There is a give-and-take-relationship. And If this give-and-take relationship breaks our heart gets break. Literally it breaks (We-die) So to maintain this beautiful life-saving-relationship it is important that we relevantly take and give (inhale-and-exhale) But here comes a literal 'breath-taking' part - we only seem to take or inhale. We are taking or inhaling the negativity in the form of thoughts. We are thinking about all the bad events, people, experiences of past. There is no place for giving or exhaling. It is important that we maintain an equilibrium of this give-and-take relationship (remember-it-is-a-two-sided-process) If we are o...

The Music Lingo

Image
Didn't we all had wished for going to a music concert somewhere in our lives? Or do we wish to go as soon as this 'compassionately-lenient' pandemic gets overcome (to-all-the-music-lovers-here-comes-virtual-high-fives-and-i-feel-you-fist-bumps)   Apart from being so many lingos there's one popular and beautiful-soul-stirring lingo from which we all unify to. It is the Music lingo. No matter from which caste or creed we belong to if kun-faya-kun-plays we all will be shedding tears. Also, if we'd ever gone to a music concert we see that there are so many unalike and unknown people around us. But when the song 'dreamer by Martin' plays the same unknown crowd are now shouting, crying and singing at the top of their lungs while holding each other's hands and sneaking arms around some random shoulder with so much love, affection and intimacy. As if they already know each other. It seems like they share some beautiful inner relationship with e...

The Beautiful Rainbow

Image
The Monsoons most fascinating thing are the beautiful rainbows. Haven't we all have seen some beautiful rainbows in our lives?   The term 'rainbow' is perfect. As it literally bows from two ends and beautifully glows with its eye-pleasing-different-colours. There's some attraction in those pastel-light-different-colours. (except-that-eye-catching-and-aye-woh-dekh-comment) One cannot stop oneself from looking towards it. But hey!   Here comes an 'amazing-and-a-literal-mind-blown-part' - do we know that even we can create the same beautiful rainbows around us? Yes, for real. Here's the thing - Have we heard the term 'Aura' somewhere? According to Wikipedia, 'An aura or human energy field is a colored emanation said to enclose a human body or any animal or object.' (whoa-what-English-please) Let's acknowledge and appreciate our lingo language here to understand - we must have heard this term, 'vibes' (or-maybe-seen-some...

The Kissing Sun

Image
Have we ever tried gazing up at the sky for some time? The very beautiful sky which is there in our phone's gallery and also in our 'streaks' (puts-snapchats-90s-aesthetic-effect)   This beautiful enormous piece of creation by the Universe cannot be adored in a 6-inch Optic-Amoled display. You know they say 'sky is the limit'. Here, the 'cell phone has the limit'. No matter how beautifully 'sun kissed-photo' we take in our cell phones the joy in sitting in our balcony watching the orangish-red-fusion-of-the-sky for some time is incomparable (plays-dusk-till-dawn-by-Zayn) Here comes the stunning part - when we gaze at the sky or any other 'everlasting thing' we are in a state of thoughtlessness. (try-it-out) As the Master says himself, 'aakash ki taraf dekho aur fir vichaar karo, tum dekhoge vichaar hi nahi aarhe'. Now (experiential-learning-is-the-process-of-learning-from-experiences) we should definitely try this! Let...

The Shushing Feet

Have you wondered what's the most frightened thing we are scared of? Fear of heights, fear of being alone, fear of death and many other fears (fear-of-lizards-whoa-an-agitated-loud-scream) and the list goes on and on.   According to Google, fear is 'the feeling that you have when something dangerous, painful or frightening might happen.' Amongst of these above-mentioned-fears there's another fearful-heart-beat-accelerating-and-sweaty-hands kind of anxiety of fear which we most of us have. This dear and unnerving fear is 'public speaking.' Boo! It is said that the fear of public speaking is more than the fear of death! (whoa-I-know-right) There can be varied reasons amongst different people for this fear. For example, one might think what others would think of himself or herself (others-approval-and-validation-barrier) Would I be able to speak in front of hundreds of people? (self-doubting-barrier) And many other barrier lists which goes on and ...

Showers of Blessings

Image
Every person has a go-to-place somewhere. A place where one feels joyous, fun and immensely good.   This go-to-place or say favorite place differs among each individual. A literal thanks to pandemic we cannot go out to our 'go-to-place'. Though haven't we discovered our go-to-place in our home? It's right in front of our TV's (Netflix-'ta-dum'-intro-plays) isn't it? But  hey! Have we ever sat down in the shower? Yes, for real. If not, then we are missing a wondrous experience in our lives. A 'underrated experience' which Netflix’s no movie or series could display us. (just-saying-try-it-out) You know there's this beautiful quote which says, 'if you'll never try, you'll never know.' And here comes the water-mind-blowing-part (pun-intended) ; when we are having shower or bath we feel joyous and serene because we are dearest and closest to our soul during that shower time. As Master says, 'one comes close in ...
