The Intimacy of Life

'Oh no! Why did it happen to me' or 'Why people always do this to me' does it sounds familiar? Don't we share very intimate relationship with these sentences?

Often sometimes when something 'bad' happens to us, our romantic partner creeps in our mind in the form of 'Why me' sentences. This romantic partner (in-the-form-of-thoughts) seems very egotistic, fault-finder, dissatisfied with life type of person. Here's the example- when life throws apples to us, our partner takes it with zero complaints. (pleasing-situations-according-to-us) That time our partner doesn't be like, 'Why me?'

But when life starts throwing lemons at us (not-pleasing-situations) our romantic partner being classic himself or herself starts, 'Oh no! Why me.' During this point of time teens like to call it ' life sucks ' Whether be it so lemons flipping and flinging in our ways. We should accept it happily. No matter what situations occurs. We should taste and savour lemon too. Of course it's sour and not very pleasing to taste yet little sour is beneficial for us and our body. In the end of the day it's a win-win situation for us.

Meditation can help us deal with all the savoury lemons life throws at us. We will accept whatever the situation is whether be it so good or bad. Meditation will make us rise above these situations. One will become a good catcher when situations throws up high in the sky. Also, it will make our intimacy with our partner (why-me) be more friendly, accepting and satisfied. But for that Intimacy one has to meditate and spend time together. No matter how much we say, 'life sucks' somewhere 'we suck' to understand this beautiful life has to offer us. Every throws of life whether (lemons-or-apples) is for us to make us learn and evolve each day. So, let's meditate and accept whatever this beautiful life throws for us.

Have a good day:)
